Initial Individual Assessment
At your first visit to Bridge4 Rehab, we will spend time discussing your goals and needs and thoroughly assess your current level of ability. Together, we will formulate a programme that will provide you with the support and expert skills you require to reach your target.
Rehabilitation is a team effort and we welcome family, support workers and other professionals involved in your care. We want your progress to extend beyond Bridge4.
